i really dont want to use my own bank. is there any way around this like uk virtual bank or buying verified uk paypals?

Why not use your own bank? Paypal cannot see the name on the account.

A verified account purchased from here would not have a bank account attached and so you would still have the issue of withdrawing.

Just want it to be fully anonymous. withdrawing funds is not a issue for me its just getting the uk paypal verified with a bank

put your stealth info on the bank account details you attach to paypal.

Explanation.

Your name is J C
Paypal name is A B
You put in your bank account and leave the NAME as A B. The account should still verify if bank accepts stealth deposits
