Adding the bank account and VCC
 

I know to add the VCC first so they can verify, but when do i add the bank account (the bank account is a standard visa debit account), at the same time or later?

Also (its been a while since i last did this) will Paypal try to verify the bank account?

You can add the bank account at ANY time to VERIFY the pp (some like it later, I prefer it earlier to eB activity).

The VCC CONFIRMS the account. Just clarifying the lingo for you :)
