Anyone else had limits raised early for easter?

Just had limits raised from 10 to 100 items on 3 month old act without requesting them and also early? Easter bonus?
Anyone else experianced this? thought it jumped from 10 to 25 on new accounts?
Maybe ebay testing new sellers see if they list the full 100?
