Money bookers can not be used with ebay UK i believe right? or i am i wrong ?

Can I use Skrill on a local eBay page (eBay.de, eBay.co.uk…)?

They are called SKRILL now.

Possible to use them IF you can persuade your buyers.

It is an acceptable payment method for all eB platforms (pretty much). GB indicated the rough point - convincing buyers to let go of pp and use MB (Skrill) for payment ...tough but doable
