PayPal Verify using bank acct vs Pre-paid CC
 

Question: Why does the stealth book recommend getting your PP acct verified using a Pre-Paid credit card vs just allowing PP to make 2 deposits into the attached bank account and verifying that way?
You need a bank acct anyway if you are doing eBay selling. It would take 2-3 days and not require any other info or cards attached to the account.

Much easier to use the bank - some people who have problems getting a bank account tend to go the prepaid route...example are countries which dont 100% require bank account.

depends on how many stealth accounts you have. I have over 100 accounts and prefer not to have 100 linked bank accounts, so CC is a much easier and cheaper option until the account gets some longevity. I say that, because sometimes I choose to abandon accounts for certain reasons before I hit the sending limits.

Also, some accounts get 2k sending limits, and others get a higher sending limit. I'm not sure what causes it, but I've had new accounts given a 4k sending limit. On higher sending limits, I like to let the accounts run their course. For me, BA's add another dimension to the account that make it easier to link the account since BA's are alway's in your real name. A paypal is never truly stealth with a BA attached unless it's a VBA or unless you have the ability to open a BA with an illegal method. I do have that ability as I have connections within Chase, but I am uncomfortable going that route.

Exactly^ if you have 100 stealths..its hard to get 100 bank accounts!

true, always other methods to cash out of paypal, there are many stores that accept paypal, get creative

Also payment processors that accept pp as payment.
