Ill let it build up that way until I have a good amount of feedback and then move onto buy it nows for better goods. Whenever I see a new seller with no feedback selling high end goods it rings alarms bells, so it makes sense that ebays systems flag such accounts. Create a few accounts, sell a hanful of cheap items per week until the accounts grow... It makes sense.
