Big Issue - Can't login Paypal
 

Dear All
this month I have 4 paypal accounts, all they can't be login (sure correct password, and not be hacked). When I try to forgot pass and have mess:
"Sorry — your last action could not be completed
If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

All Paypal account have balance > $100.00
Anyone have that??? I'm so confused now

Seen that many times and your not going to want to hear this but i had to clear cookies , close browser and login again with no problem but lost cookies.

I have tried to clear cookies, close brower and login again but still have: "We're sorry, but we're having trouble logging you in. Please try again."

Shift f5 clear cache

All Cache and Cookies cleared, but still not login

Try using a new User Account on your computer.

Try to use another browser...it may help

Check your emails. Nothing from paypal to say there are issues?

Then try a new browser.

Had you done anything to your paypal in the 72 hours prior to this happening?

Nothing via email, Nothing to do within 72 hours. 2 accounts are selling on eBay, eBay accounts are okay, but Paypal can't login. Another 2 account eBay suspended, all tracking are updated. This is first time I see this issue with Paypal. Seems like Amazon, they delete account!

Your issue is how you are accessing your paypal.

Appears you are not 'really' in the USA any longer.

paypal is likely starting some activity to limit your accounts.

Don't care where i am. Just focus to why Can't login paypal. This is strangle issue, not like before limit 45 days or 180 days or block account!

Well you might have to care where you are IF paypal is starting to check you out.

I have tried. With 2 accounts are selling on eBay, eBay buyers email asked me why they can't make payment to my Paypal account. It means my Paypal account is deleted <--- this is issue!!!

Check "Spam" folder...Couple of months ago one of my accounts was limited, but I didn't recieve any email from PayPal....Later I found it in spam folder :)

And one more advice...
Try to access PayPal via PayPal Android/iOS application... When use PayPal application all stealth rules must be observed (clear cookies, cache, change ip)

No it could mean that your account is LIMITED and unable to accept payments.

You have not mentioned anything happening away from paypal however.

Hehe paypal policy is to inform when an account have issues but this whole story sounds like PPUK Glitches to be honest

Be careful of Paypal Limited emails in your spam box. There is a scam going around where they send you a limited email. There is a link in the email and if you click on it, it will take you to paypal to log in. Once you log in, they they have your password.

I've seen a few of these scam emails, and one time clicked on it, but I figured it out before putting in my password. The email is service@paypall.com with two ll's.

What do you want me to share? What's happening??? I said: " Nothing via email, Nothing to do within 72 hours above" What details do you want now?

I think Greenbean is asking did anything happen outside the account that may have triggered this fiasco of yours?

So now, you obviously have to call them and ask them whats up, as we cannot solve this issue.

LOL, today I called to Paypal at 402-935-7733, but that is funny. they said: CAN'T FIND MY ACCOUNT WITH ANYTHING, EMAIL, PHONE, BANK NUMBER. Like as NOTHING. And I ask them if this email don't have your system, why I can't use this email to register new Paypal, NO answer!
Why why why? Paypal has deleted account without any reason!

Are you overseas, its like your stuff got hacked.

I think they linked it to another account and deleted it

Im sure Paypal has deleted my account and take money away!!!!

I had the same problem, my paypal account was limited and now I cannot login anymore.

"We're sorry, but we're having trouble logging you in. Please try again."

And when I tried to forgot password I had the same issue as the original poster.

Are you REALLY in the USA

Did you access your paypal account with a VPS or VPN

To analyse we need more info

We are not Really in the USA, We use VPS windows to access paypal. I know Faline use VPS Linux. Sure!!!

paypal did this about 2 1/2 years ago.

They pulled paypal accounts of users from specific parts of Asia.

Nope, my friends access like me, but they are still ok. Just have same things for 4 accounts: 4 eBay account I require to raise up limit to 100 item/5k. All other accounts 10/1k and 5/500 still okay!!!

Now you tell us that you have 4 accounts you tried to raise limits on and there are issues .

WTF did you not say that when I asked. So yeah, something DID happen.

You had some contact with ebay about the time of the start of the paypal troubles?

Are the ebay accounts still accessible?

Try calling ebay and getting them to 'look' to see what they 'see'.

Sorry but I just realise that same today! 3 eBay accounts are okay, one suspended! What must I ask eBay when calling to????

somicaro, you have been going back and forth on this a lot. Why not provide your entire history from day one...how you set up, when you called for limits, what category you have been selling in - best to be open.

What must you ask eBay when calling to? You should not have called when you werent ready to handle the possible results.

1 eb is suspended, you are having problems with your pp - how much money is in all your pp accounts now approximately?
