Has anyone successfully fought an MC067 or re-listed without problems?
 

I got an MC067 the usual some asshole or competitor telling eb about my listing and getting it taken down. After a little research it looks like calling or emailing eb about it and explaining the items are genuine will do absolutely nothing. Gonna give it a shot anyways and will update later on today. Been up a long time 6am here time to hit the sack for a few hours.

In the meantime, has anyone got an MC067 on an account then let the account cool off say a few weeks to a month and re-list the same items again without problems?

(edit: This is one of those items that are very rarely noticed by VeRO to be honest it's not even worth it to them I don't think. It's certainly not the company that wanted the listing taken down it was another eb member. In fact I've never had this item get any take downs since I started selling them about 2 years ago. It's not a big deal, but I'd still like to be able to sell them on this account.)

Well I called in and this is what happened. Explained my situation to the first rep, she put me on hold then transferred me to a "specialist" who could help me further. I explained the situation to the new rep who put me on hold again, then said she was going to escalate the case to another "specialist" and that I would be notified within 24 hours of the outcome. Lol not looking too good, well we'll see how this goes but, I'm not keeping my hopes up.

Hope it works out jambs - I had a mc067 on an account way back (2010) for selling a special set on an account. I have not tried to list without getting clearance though.

Problem there is if you proceed to relist.

ebay can say OK list the item. You do the listing again then ebay may allow the item to get taken down again. They can force you to go over the process again.

Not impressed with the delay in responding to you.

Sounds like a brush off.
