Confirm Location for paypal by phone any provider suggestions

Need somewhere I can get a landline phone provider that will pass paypal confirm location by phone? does anyone use anyone in particular to accomplish this and pass the phone verification

Have you treid working with Tracfone or GV or other phone forwarding systems? Dont necessarily need a landline number most of the time...
