Action to fix account with high feedback score?
 

if an account with 18000 feedback has selling withdran by ebay because of low dsr's over a 3 month period, what is best way to get it back on the right track ?

If you can't sell, you can only wait it out to see if the DSRs improve on their own. You could try contacting ebay to explain why the DSRs were poor and what plans you have to improve them. This might work.

On an 18000 feedback account there must have been quite a lot of low DSRs (1s & 2s) to trigger this action by ebay?

3 months of DSRs going down is a danger for any account. OK, you know that now.

ebay co uk have dished out restrictions like lollies for poor dsr's.

You would really need to get eB assistance on this for this one. I had an account with few thousand feedback that got restricted from selling for lower DSRs - I live chatted with an agent who explained that this would be changed to temporary - I submitted an action plan and go the account back up and running after 90 days. You do have to take steps to force it back to life.

Post up the e-mail with names blotted out.
