Payoneer and Paypal Stealth Set-Up?
 

Think I have got this now:

Open up new user account on my comp.
Use dongle and make sure IP has changed
Set up gmail and google voice
Vanilla Master Card (do i need if i have payoneer?)

I am not going to ship items on this account, just do virtual items, so I am going to use the address of some random restaurant.

Link payoneer? It seems you link your bank account to payoneer and then payoneer to paypal. If the account gets ban will I loose that bank account, if so I would be better off just linking the bank account.

I wanted to link payoneer because I could reuse the bank account on all of my stealths? With a new payoneer everytime. Hope that is possible.

If the Payoneer card is in your REAL name, address, etc and try to link it to Paypal, Paypal will reject it because the card is not registered to the address you are using, this is why you should use the vanilla visa.

Also, we don't recommend re-using the same bank account for ALL your stealths, this will link you and you are going to burn your stealth accounts.

I am trying to sign up for a payoneer but when I go to the website is says US residents must apply through our partners?

I can't figure this out at all, it is super frustrating and stupid that its not the first thing on their site.

So when I am adding my "bank" to paypal, I will not be allowed to add payoneer :shocked:

Seems like breezing through other posts in the search payoneer does work?

Or is it just payoneer does not work for adding a credit card, and I can add a vanilla visa and a payoneer to withdraw?
Once I got these all sorted out I am going to create my stealth!

@Zero123, just for clarification, why cant you get a regular bank account? I dont remember if you are not based in the US or you are... so many banks in the US to choose. The Vanilla CC is for the confirmation part - you need a bank to verify the account.
