Can you list items (using a UK ebay account) for sale in the US WITHOUT listing them on ebay UK?

Go to ebay.com and log in with your UK account and list, limit should be 10/$500 for new accounts. Fund is limited for 21 days.

One more note cos I'm not sure about your intention, if you want to block UK buyers, you can do that in the listing in ebay.com...

surely if you offer international postage on your UK account, it will show on all the relevant ebay accounts/ I know this works for mine.

I think the OP wants to sell only to USA - as opposed to UK. If you allow international shipping you may still end up with a UK buyer...
