Plan has some flaws but depends on your full plan.

Many like to build for the future and make money along the way.

With payoneer, this might not be the best choice for building what I call "baby stealth" into powerhouse accounts.

I am going to be selling virtual items and will not ship anything, other than maybe 2 or 3 things to call off ebays suspicions.

I want it to last as long as possible

Yes I have done digital but on my real account. I hit the 100 limit for April like 10 days in, same with march.

I could possibly do a mix on this account.

I have issues getting mailboxes and bank accounts due to my age and have no family members who will lend a hand. So my choices are really limited

What more help do you need? You have been getting advice - Payoneer works but not the best option since you are in the US. Digital is always a risky affair in pp`s eyes.
