Is this good way of having multiple ebays/paypals?

OK, so basically I need some suggestion as to whether this way of doing things is feasible and will work, and will not get detected. My idea is to use VmWare.

Basically, I will have a vmware image of Windows XP, I will clone this to give multiple machines and will name them machine1, machine2,etc,etc. With each one, I will use a seperate elite proxy (which I pay for from a good service) and have a VPN underneath the proxy just for added security. Each one I will create a separate ebay and paypal.

As far as I can tell, this should be flawless, but I need some critique. Does it matter that the accounts all are created on machines which are essentially clones of each other (although IP addresses will be different), and should I add anything in or change something to improve the setup?

i thought Make New User and switch between them can make it work already?

rsot 04-18-2013 01:41 PM

It does work with different IP for each account too...and ALL INFO is different (no reuse of old info).

pharmerjoe 04-19-2013 03:50 AM

It's purely so I don't clutter up my computer with many users, would like to have them separated by virtual machines. Long winded way of going about it I know, but my comp can handle cos its a 6 core processor.

Avoid putting 'flawless thoughts' and paypal/ebay together.

That will give you a false sense of security.

System may be workable in terms of the technology but if the account is not operated correctly it is pointless.
For ebay uk, it's an overkill.

Yeah to be honest, flawless probably isn't the correct term to use. I am in the UK, but looking to be trading on ebay US, via my contacts in the US. But I will be doing all the work myself.
You are definitely right, I have to follow every single step to the letter, one thing done wrong means they will get linked and then blocked.
Only issue really is, aside from protecting IP and cookies/flash cookies, do I have to worry about anything else. I remember someone mentioning MAC addresses, user agents, etc?

Having multiple User Accounts on a modern Computer is hardly clutter....Unless your running a 25yr old PC you should be fine. I am currently running 34 User Accounts on this machine and hardly feel a dent in my storage, Speed, Power.

I have around 50 on several laptops and does not slow down one bit.

Of course most are new.

I have an old Dell tower that I am at 30 and notice is being a bit slower but that is ok.

Have an old laptop from 2002 - P4 - still does the trick very well with many user accounts on it 20+

This is very similar to the set up I use and it works well. If you are running Amazon accounts I would suggest using different browsers or installing different plugins for each VM though as Amazon may link you otherwise. I don't think user-agent matters for eBay.

The VMware set up is how I have my accounts. ;)

Hi

What if we create eb n pp accounts using different users, info and ip. Then link all to pushauction, inkfrog or similar service, are we able to oparate them in one place with out being linking ?

Thank you

unknown_user 07-22-2013 08:32 PM

i think inkfrog has been known to link accounts. I treat each account like it is a virus that must be contained...not to effect other accounts.

john456 07-22-2013 10:32 PM

Not a bad thing being overkill BTW.

Rest assured that ebay/pp is constently figuring out new ways to detect ⊗⊗⊗⊗/stealth accounts.

A little overkill may give you an edge when ebay starts toying with browser finger printing and other tech we dont know about.
