Problems with Entropay ?

I signed up for entropay. I could verify PP . But the main problem is when i list on EB . I got suspended . I followed the stealth guide process. Just want to clarify whether entropay is the problem or the process of creating account is wrong?

Your flag is Malaysia.

Your account appeared to have been in Australia. (Moved the thread to subscribers)

How did you access the account? That can cause flags.

Did you have funds on entropay?

Give us more info.

We really need much more to give correct response and before putting the entire blame on entropay.

I'm currently at Australia.

I reloaded 5 USD for the VCC entropay and used for verification for EB and PP.

Both EB and PP could verified.

But the problem is when i list an item. right after 5 minutes , EB sent me a message to prove identification.

MC010 and MC00 Notice sent to my email.

There could be a lot of reason for your suspension, you need to provide a lot more detail in how you created the account and what you did.

You might have listed an item too quickly...you might have listed a HIGH RISK item...your IP might have broken for a moment...so many possible issues.

EP works well and is the least likely of the reasons...in general.

entropay on Ebay is a big problem [in Aus at least]. Even on paypal it 'can' be a problem. Use alternatives especially for Ebay

entropay & ebay I agree.

I attach entropay to paypal only.

Expand on the paypal side of any issues.

Please do not do anything yet.

Explain what steps you take, including what you do with paypal.

This way you could save troubles again.

Tell us about everything

entropay

Ebay and entropay will result in suspension after 1st item listed.

With paypal its a bit more nuanced. Entropy alone verification results in a high risk account.........entropay and bank a/c verification still is a higher risk acct. The former should result with limitation on 1st payment received and the later will result in an acct that has to 'babied'.. [no transfers to other pp acct, small amount of incoming payments, no vero, etc, etc] at least for 30-60days.

please keep in mind that all of this depends on how quickly you want to list. Some of us prefer the acct aging method[most of my 'details' may not even apply] whilst some of us can list within 3-5days while still staying under the radar

willy0121 04-15-2013 10:29 PM

Meaning aging the account with entropay verification for PP and EB no problem? any alternative cards which work for PP and EB verification without trigger high risk account?
