I just spoke to paypal twice in the past two days and the VCC's I am using on the limited now accounts are from Vietnam. Paypal said the card will work and can be added to the account but will not be able to be used to confirm or lift limits after a manual review. So they put the sending limits back on the account as if the card was never entered even though it is there. I also bought some US VCC's and they cannot confirm address. They can be used to lift sending limits but not confirm address. I am now going to use shopsafe from my BOA but the address confirm is still the issue. Anyone have any ideas I am trying to build solid safe accounts and netspend, cap one and vanilla work but anyone including ebay and pp can see these are prepaids and I think they might not kill the account but definitely if it has problems this will not help the case. Anyway the question is what is a solid real good choice because I am creating lots of accounts and do not want them all destroyed because of this.

I would just go with vanilla. I have many accounts doing lots of transactions for over a year all with vanilla cards on their paypal.

Great also what kind of volume and avg sales price do you push through on vanilla having accounts?

A lot. But most of my truly high volume accounts have EIN which is probably a bigger factor than the VCC. I have accounts without EIN that do 1000/mo, but if I take an account anywhere near 200 sales or 20000 in a year I have an EIN ready to go with it.

dont use Vietnam VCC for US paypal, this is very basic knowledge.
