IP Address Question Change How often

Ok, so I have several new "stealth" accounts, new physical addresses, email addresses, tracfones, names, bank accounts, ebay accounts, ect. I have cleared cookies, set up different users on my computer and got my new Paypal accounts "verified." Through all of this, I have changed my IP address every time I have logged on to each account.

Is this right? I would think having a different IP address every time I log in might look "fishy" too. Ugh. I have a stack of files for organization here in my office, all these phones, etc. My husband thinks I am on some spy mission.

Don't clear cookies under user accounts. Updated information throughout the forum.

Track your IP's.

There is a couple of spreadsheets in the forum that can be used for tracking IP's.

So "track" the ip's in order NOT to use the same one twice, right?

....and FYI, I only cleared the cookies on my computer prior to creating the new user account.

Exactly. You keep the cookies in place - and keep cookies SEPARATE between accounts - new windows user account

Just make sure you do re use a user account.

Brand new user account for any new account.

Someone posted they just used an old user account and cleared the info.

Do not do that, all new.

A lot of people access the web using mobile sticks, and phone tethering, so lots of IP changes is nothing to worry about. Just make sure the same IP is never used on two separate stealth accounts.

i have an orange broadband so my ip changes if i reboot the modem.
is rebooting modem adequate ,?
i read in the stealth guide to change mac address is this necessary if im changing ip by restarting my wireless modem ?

Take a note of your IP, reboot modem, take note of new IP. If new IP is different then it is adequate. Only need to change MAC code if rebooting does not do the trick.

Thats right - rebooting the modem to get a new IP is good. Since you are new to stealth, keep a track of your IPs...do your best to make sure you dont reuse IPs among accounts in a short period of time.

Track the ip's not to use them for other user accts, if by chance a duplicate IP does come up, you can use it for a user that you previously used it on.

There is an excel spreadsheet here on the forum that would be good for you to use to keep track of your used ips.
