$500 paypal limit and ebay question?
 

Ok well basically i just want to get this fully confirmed before i implement it, when signing up for a paypal you use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ip address (e.g. dialup) ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details e.g. name, address, phone number (is phone number required now?) and a VCC e.g. Entro (does it work for AUSTRALIA, anyone Aussies out there who can recommend me a VCC???....I'm thinking BOPO)

So basically all this gives you a $500.00 LIMIT which is both inflows and outflows...correct? So once you reach this $500 limit you stop, to be prudent you should stop around $450.00 (has anyone been limited before the $500 mark????)

I plan on buying things with this the paypal account before it reaches $450.00 (dont ask me why) so once i reach around $450 i wont use this account anymore and will never login to it again. I then create a new account using the exact same process as above and keep continuing this cycle..

Also with ebay, to create a sellers account you obviously need the basics e.g. name, address, etc. But with phone number do you need a landline? Also if you are not selling NON-VERO ITEMS like authentic ipods, PS3'S,etc you account should be fine?

I guess it depends on how long you want to keep your accounts going.

For Paypal I usually just use a bogus name and address, and add a real bank account to it and a VCC. That usually keeps me safe for awhile. If you're selling VeRO items forget it though. And if you're able to confirm and verify your account you should be safe under the $500 limit, I've even found I'm able to go above the limit without issue, but not over $1000 per day without a SSN.

Same with eBay, except now you need a real working phone number to verify.

If you're selling non-vero items you should be fine.

And of course you should signup under a new IP address and remember to delete cookies.

You might want to read over EBay Stealth again to get everything down perfectly. It seems like you didn't get everything the first time around.

I dont plan on attaching any bank details to these accounts, and how do we get around the working phone number situation?

Also i'm selling brand name authentic items (not vero) so i hoping it shouldn't be a problem
