How to check number of transactions and dollar amount in Paypal
 

Any way to find out the exact number of payments received. And possibly the dollar amount? For a the current year.

I played with the filters but couldn't figure it out if it's possible or not.

Click on "History" and you can modify the period - I just popped open an account and changed the start date to April 2008 (example) and it showed everything...

Just change the dates and hit "Show" button

Sign into paypal.

Page that says Welcome mercurial has a notation (Overview page)

Middle of page is the following info

My recent activity Payments received Payments sent View all my transactions


Hit view all my transactions and your info is there

(used Australian Premier account as basis for info)

Right..

Only shows 20 results per page. No way to see them all at once or to check the the total number of transactions ? ( without scrolling through the pages and adding them up).

Look at more filters... see if anything there is useful.

I 'balance' paypal weekly then transfer to excel.
