Withdrawing funds from 180day account from different country?
 

Hi.

Me:
US citizen with US bank accounts, used to operate out of the states with US based PP/eB accounts.

Situation:
When I left the states I had several PP accounts which were waiting out their 180day hold. That was about a year ago.

The 180days has been up for a long time. I'd like to pull that money into my US bank accounts, but I am located in China.

Can I withdraw funds from 180day locked accounts to a US bank account from a Chinese IP? I don't want to get this money held for any suspicious reason... the amounts vary from $2K-$11K.

Anyone with any feedback/personal experience with this situation?

then do not be suspicious- change your ips to a good US one, unique not shared.

Update: I tried it from a Chinese IP and it worked fine.

That's good then - so it would seem that once account is suspended, no big deal with the IP as long as the right bank account used - in your case at least Omgoozle
