pp account in the shadows
 

since march or so ive had a pp acc in limited condition

long story posted it up on here back a while about resolving the limitation... which was pretty much impossible to do

asking me for things i could not produce as in the resolve tabs the fileds were blank... anyways

i upload my stealth photo id and utility, was 2 of around 8 unresolves

i get an email then saying they had refused my appeal ??? and my account will remain limited... my funds will be accessable in 180 days and so on and then the account will shut down

very next email... my account has been reinstated congratulations ???

i only uploaded 2 of the 8 resolves! and the account is still limited! i logged in and the other resolves are not there now in the resolution centre ???

not phoned them as yet but will do to find out which it is

why email me to say off you go your booted... only to have another saying well done your account has been reinstated

best part of it all i never had any open disputes or issues the whole time...

Silly little e-mail triggers likely got sent - glitches all the time

Good to see PP is functional as effectively as usual. Are you able to withdraw from it? If not then its limited, if you can I would personally withdraw everything from it. Worst that can happen is they do limit it for 180, which it sounds like they will inevitably do if it has not already been done.

when i log in i get the limitation message and goto resolution centre to resolve

i go to resolutin centre and there is nothing there to resolve ?

i emailed them regarding the double whammy emails... not had a reply as yet

although today my address pin verification arrives... forgotten id even done that, as one of the resolves was phone or address verification i dont have a land line as it insisted i have or opt for pin sent to address

i log in and the section to open up and add my pin is not even there now ???

bunch of plonkers they are

so now i have a pin and cant do anything with it

but im going to give them a call and confirm i have the pin in the post... see how they like them apples

They are usually slow to reply to e-mails - might as well call up these losers
