Transfer money from US to Russian PP account
 

Hi guys

Couple of months ago I bought US based PP+Ebay account from one of the sellers on this forum. I use this account with VPS.
I just wonder is it safe to transfer money from my stealth US PP account to my real Russian PP account?
This 2 accounts are completely different: different countries, different IPs, different names, different addresses and so on.

Such a transfer will link accounts. That good real Russian paypal is at risk.

Is this the first international transfer and roughly what amount would it be?

US PP account was used for selling and buying items on Ebay and Russian account was used for buying items only. Couple of times I used my real Russian account to send money for goods directly to US and Chineese seller's PP accounts.
I would like to transfer $1000 from US account to Russian account.

I cant imagine that being good, sounds like you bought a solid account though!

You would need to be ready to deal with possible ID requests and more.

Actually I use all my slealth accounts to send money directly to my Chineese supplier's PP accounts and never had any troubles with this.
I have heard that sending money between 2 accounts registered in one country is risky and I agree with this, but it seems that it is not risky to send money from account registered in country A to account registered in country B...This is just my oppinion based on previous experience...I do such transactions several times a week using all my stealth accounts for more than 2 years and none of my accounts was linked because of this.
Probably there are some special rules for sending money to Chineese PP accounts (most of suppliers are located in China) and PayPal just close eyes on such transactions...I don't know...
I asked you such question because I do not want to risk my real account...If there is even 1% of risk I will not do such transaction...

I have only 1 US bank account which is attached to my real PP account.

You are doing a VPS based IP transfer from the USA.

That alone is troublesome and something I would suggest avoiding.


I applaud you for thinking this out and looking at the risk factor(s).

I understand - would be also an option to get a few more accounts from the same bank to use for other PP accounts...well, hope you can do this
