changing mac always begin with 02 not 00 or anything else, dont ask it gets too technical.

Some MAC changers allow you to change the starting 2 digits, they are best to use.

Are you using different windows user accounts for each one. If anything I think it might be flash cookies or regular browser cookies.

OP never discussed using new windows user accounts, true ...but still the VPN use is dangerous
