Payments Pending - unusual
 

Hi all,

I am not sure if I am seeing something that isn't there or whether its different to usual however, on some of my accounts where there is a 21 day hold even though a customer has completed the checkout and know the money has come out of their account they are seeing their end that they haven't paid and it doesn't show my end that they have completed the checkout.

All I have is the egg timer with no 'PAID DATE'.... is this just the 21 day hold as its happening with a load of customers?

I get this often in the UK on new accounts. I just send out the item as normal (unless they have paid via e-cheque, in which case I wait for it to clear). Never had any issues.

Thanks guys - I think its been happening a lot but too busy packing orders I haven't noticed when and how it changes.

If you are ever unsure on whether to send an item or not, log into PP, look at the transaction and if it says 'OK to send' or words to that effect your good to go.

Always good to keep a track on the payments and make sure they clear...rarely, there are issues with payment source (just saying) so dont just ship out
