Hi guys,
Ok, so a family member is allowing me to sell some bits in their name on Ebay. I am suspended on Ebay but paypal account is in good order.

My question is, if i set up a new Ebay and PAypal in their name, and create an new email address to my original Paypal account then attaching this to the new Ebay account via the listings page as a way of receiving payments only, (Not Linking) Is this still heading the new account for DOooom??

I want to trade in their name, but for the sake of my business accounts and accountants hair, is their a way of safely having the revenue from Ebay sales direct to my business bank accounts.
What's the best way to do this?

Whatever else you do, do not use your family's name just for the sake of an ebay account.

Their name is what HMRC will see and at law they will be liable for taxes.

Ebay and Paypal share info if you receive payments into a Paypal account that was used with a suspended ebay than eventually the new ebay will be linked. I tried this when I was first suspended and in a panic , I sold about 30 items in 4 days using my girl friends ebay and sending payments to my Paypal .

It was so stupid what I did , I was in panic mode and burned her account , and than I found this place and all my dreams came true

Don't use friends/familes info to make new accounts, use stealth details

You would be best talking to an accountant RE taxes
