Paypal Accounts Getting Limited Right Away
 

Ok Tonight I tried making 3 Paypal Accounts and as soon as I add Credit Card my accounts get limited.

These are the steps. Please make any suggestions, not sure what I am doing wrong now.

1. Open New User ID on Laptop
2. Check IP - not used before (I am using USB dongle)
3. All Identity is different to any account I have ever made: name, address, dob, Email address, Brand new phone number, password
4. Once the paypal account has been created it asks me to select secret question and answer. (My answer is different to any other accounts created)
5. Then it asks me to add Credit Card or Bank. - I open a brand new Entropay Card. I add the details on paypal and bang limited - asking for all sorts of ID.

I read the stealth book over and over and I don't know what I could possible be doing wrong.

I am thinking maybe entropay cards are getting recognised? But I have searched the forum and I know a lot members here use it without any issues so it cant just happen to me?

Just to add I have just opened PayPal and was planning to open eBay later

My guess is "entropay" just got on the banned list.

It might be the entropay cards.

@OP, you use different window user acounts for each pp?

Yes complete different user accounts as I said on step one

I am going to try doing the exact same thing but use a credit card other than entropay n I let you guys know

Ok just made an account taking exact same steps but instead entropay I used another gift card and yep worked perfect. So it's entropay? Wow so many accounts I lost due to this. But it confuses me that I only seem to have this problem.

It happens, just part of the learning curve. Before Stealth I had destroyed many accounts before actually learning real stealth. Now that you know, life is happier again.

Define how you are using entropay?

What do you do with entropay from start to finish?

Tell me the actual paypal message too, please.

Ok my entropay account is around 2 years old. It has my real info and verified. I have my credit attached to it. I have a main entropay card which has around $100. So I log in entropay click on create card. I name the card the same as eBay account so I can keep track. I don't load any funds but instead transfer around $5 from the main entropay card to the new card I made. Balance looks right and that's it. When I put the card number in PayPal I get limited right away.

The message from PayPal is that they need to confirm my identity as I am a new member.
Asking for:

- proof of add
- confirm credit card
- photo ID

No need to ever name an entropay card.

Only use the numbers of the vcc.

You can make a note of the numbers if you are using excel.

I put a higher amount than $5.00 too.

Also all the accounts that I have made previously that has entropay cards r working great. Maybe it's a new thing. Have you opened a new account and attached entropay recently

Did that as recently as Sunday afternoon.

Define your IP range.

How do I define ip range. Sorry lol

How different are the IPs between your new accounts.... eg

Account A 111.1111.11x existing operating account

Account B 111.1111. 11? being a newly created account.

Account C 111.1111. 1?? being a newly created account

What is happen is very very strange. Hopefully it will be worked out as I have never had issues with entro.

Maybe it's just in aus. Or maybe ip range, I have to wait for kids to sleep to start work n let greenbean figure lol.

I can use other alternatives but entropay is very convenient and cheap. I hate buying gift cards and then going to counter to add funds and then spending the money else where.

It's also good to know why but at least I figured what it was. I spent so much past couple of weeks from new camera to USB dongle and lost at least 15 accounts

@stealth4, and this all happens before you even start listing? Very troubling - Entropay a problem in Aus? Still trying to sort out

Yes, I just add the credit card n limited right away. I don't sell b4 account is verified months later

1. New Ebay Account - New Paypal - Link - Add Aus Post Prepaid = Good
2. New Ebay Account - New Paypal - Link - Add Entropay = Bad (Limited)

Pretty defined issue then - let's see what GB finds but...still bad news

Made x2 new accounts,

Used vcc's from an older longer established entropay account.

All sailed thro' with paypal australia.

Used same for paypal UK.

Only made one account. All OK.

No problem.....I'm still wondering what the problem could be though! Seems very strange and a little concerning, but hopefully just a one off.

Not a one off really, I had many limited. I will try again tonight and let u guys know

From what I see, your pp is not verified with bank before doing this right? Can you try a test of verifying your pp with bank before wasting an EP VCC on it?

That will be a waste if bank account. It's much easier to get a vcc than a bank

Run whatever check programs you use.
