Withdrawing/Sending after receiving

After we sell an eBay item, I know it's always better to input the tracking number and then withdraw/send the money away.

But what about the "Print shipping label" button that allows you to purchase a shipping label and tracking number? After purchase, this number is automatically attached to the item payment. Is it safe to withdraw after purchasing this?

I always withdraw money after i purchase a shipping label. Well I do it before I print also. I don't think it makes a difference.
