| Zero123 | 07-19-2013 11:32 PM | Buyer Sent Return With Nothing In It I am sure this has been posted before, I just couldn't find it...
On amazon a buyer told me the product "not working" <---- only 2 words in his message to me, he then filed for return. I got the package today, when I opened it, it is just the packaging of the product, with nothing inside.
The buyer is obviously trying to scam me or is a competitor, as he also left negative feedback stating how terrible the experience was. What should I do about this?
Usually I video tape me opening high value returns and purchases, just in case when I open it there is nothing inside.
This item cost the buyer $19.99, So I do not really care, but what should I do?
I am not going to refund him as he has already left negative and wait for him to escalate it. |
