Legit vs steath

Found an item i can go legit with and sell tons of it. Questioning if i should go legit with it or not. Can anyone point of the perks of going legit instead of staying stealth?

What do u mean by legit??? Stealth accounts are totally legit, we just use business names like any other company and get EINs
