using different IPs on stealth accounts

if i have 3 stealth accounts,should i always log into them with the same IP address as day before? reseting my modem every time gives me different IP.Is that ok for ebay to see every time different IP?

That is fine.

It means your IP is dynamic so it is expected to change/

Make sure you log your IPs for each account.

I seriously suggest you look at using them to help you run multiple stealth accounts.

You record all your info on them and have a back up copy too.

Works a treat.
