paypal in negative balance after being limited
Hi there, one of my first stealth accs, got banned both paypal and ebay for recieving a large payment and they claimed it was "suspicious activity", anyway this was a month ago or so, and i have like 10gbp in it, so i wasnt too bothered, although it was a good account...
Since it being banned/limited, i have received a buyer complaint saying his item does not work and is faulty, he opened up a case, and the case has been closed in the buyers favour offering him a refund of 1100usd without the item being returned.
I never responded to the case, as I have not logged onto the account since the day it got banned, and did not know any of this info until i decided to log onto it today to give it a last look through....
All info is stealth, apart from the mobile number which is my fathers. (yes i know, i was a beginner when this acc was opened..)
The paypal account used to have my bank attatched to it about a year ago, but then I closed the bank as they didnt like the cross name withdrawls from pp, so i added a VCC to it.
So the paypal does not have any funding source of mine attatched, and the old bank is now closed.
The item was sold on ebay US, accounts are registered in spain.
so the paypal is minus 1100usd, and i have emails telling me i need to pay it...
Can i get away with not paying? I dont like doing over eb and pp, but the amount of times they have done it to me and robbed my money...
and secondly to fork out 1100usd is simply ridiculous considering i dont even have the item.
