Default Are 180day release rules worldwide?

Hello -

I currently operate with 180day suspended US-based PP accounts. I get them restricted on purpose , wait the 180days, and then withdraw to my bank account without any hassles.

I am thinking of moving my operation internationally and I want to start doing this with European accounts, but I am not sure if the rules and guidelines are the same.

Can someone chime in on this for me?

Thanks,
Goozle

This sounds like a very strange way of doing stealth.

So long as stealth is gone correctly, you wont have hassle getting money out of PP.

@OP, while yes the 180 day rule applies for all of PP worldwide for the large part, you should not be approaching stealth with the intention of GETTING this kind of suspension...

I have had accounts where the money has not been released after 180 days PP still asking for proof of ID. Not all of the accounts but one or two have had this problem. So for Aus PP I certainly would not assume that funds will be available in 180 days.
