Pay Pal Limited Upon CC Verification!
 

I am having problems creating a Pay Pal stealth account. I have done exactly as described in the stealth guide and all was good. I let it sit for a few days before i entered a new CC card and as soon as i did my account becomes limited. This happens everytime and i dont know what to do

What kind of CC are you using?

entropay, this also happens with a new bank account number and ive used several banks
if i dont enter any banking details the account is fine but obviously i cant use it with no access to funds

How do you make your entropay account too?

How much do you fund that account with?

Do you have at least $2 (preferably 5) on the EP card for PP test charge?

I purchased a new laptop and started fresh with a new Pay Pal Account
wireless modem with new IP address
I used a new gmail account, new name, phone details etc
i loaded my entropay card with $5 and as soon i click to verify account is limited

Tell me the steps about the entropay account.

Did you make an entropay account and fund that with $20, then make a virtual card and add the numbers of that to paypal.

Or did you just use the main entropay card?

rsot: yes any stealth PP acccount i create as soon as i enter a CC or bank Number, Pay Pa limits my account straight away

What's the limitation message and steps it takes to lift it?

Have you also tried contacting them in finding out what they possibly want from you?

Then it's not just the CC or Bank account (in all likelihood) - you are doing something off of the stealth method.

IP? Address? Phone number? Discuss all details please
