MC008 indeffinite selling restriction
 

well just got this.(below).after a 7 day suspension..for vero .LOL and they were genuine.and i contaced the vero owner and they say they have no record of contacting ebay to remove them..so called ebay up and told them this and foward the e-mail from vero owner to them and he says he will put a appeal in and wait up to 2 weeks if no e-mail from ebay appeal failed..

my qusetion will the paypal be ok.(fully verified).
and what if i open another ebay account with similar name & new e-mail address and send payments to the paypal acc,,

Would be a major linking risk to add that paypal to another ebay.

Best advice would be start again: new ebay and new paypal.

I agree start making new accounts, definitely try to get your suspended account back but ebay does what eBay wants so sometimes even with all the correct documents they still can keep ur account suspended.

So don't let them totally control your business , and the way you can do this is by opening up many accounts each completely independent and link free of each other.

Than you can spread your sales out and keep under the radar especially with name brand items, it's always better to have 100 accounts selling 10 items a month than one account selling 1000 items a month

This may work in the short term, but in the long term it will have issues.

Best bet is to get stealthing.

I have had buyers tell me they have done this successfully.

But we all know it can be found and gone in no time.

Have a plan in place just in case to have multiple stealths up and growing.

@steve70000, you could only continue selling this item with written permission of the authorized party - try and get something in writing if you can
