how to open egopay / okpay /cashU in the US?

I am looking into Paypal competitors to pay for SEO services (they don't accept paypal)

1. I am trying to create an egopay and okpay account but it looks like I cannot do it from the USA.

Does anybody know a work around to create accounts with them from USA?

Another trick I tried was using a verified payza account within the US and tried to fund an egopay created in the UK (VPS), but that did not go through either.

2. Does any one know how to buy a CashU vouncher from within the US?

I was looking at the same thing with UKash, PayNow, and PerfectMoney.
