Looks like a legit way to withdraw funds from an account. Has anyone ever tried this card. Any trouble with withdrawing max amount daily?

I'm going to assume this has to be done with a personal paypal account. They would probably want more information from you like SSN.

How about just a smidge more info to ensure you get the right replies.....

Paypal prepaid card requires ID.

Suggests it would be used only for a legit account.
