I think not.

This is one of those cards where the description must be accurate to make sure the correct unit is purchased.

It works I have like 50 of them, as long as you register the zip code online , I normally use the one you can load 20-$500 but I have used the $25 preset one and u can also register the zip and it works ( silver card) and this one can be used as a CC at least for US accounts

They also carry another one from regions bank that comes with an account and router number, you can instantly open an active account online and receive a free debit card in the mail ( black) 7-10 days later I also use this on several accounts however not good with mismatch name deposits

Although ok with lite name variation meaning ROBERT SMITH is your real name and your Paypal is ROB SMITH

Again I know these are good for US accounts not sure about others

Interesting Dmshark - being able to use the reloadable as a bank works now as you say except for name mismatch

Any reloadable card will need your real info include your SSN. And NO, it will not work.

The card Dmshark talking about is one time load and not reloadable. And yes, this card work fine

yes, this was reminding me very much of YOUR amazon thread where the correct terms were needed.

I agree with you on this. That card is not reloadable but does verify. However that is not what the OP asked info about....

My answer for the OP is NO. The Vanilla Reload(*) card doesn't work for stealth

(*) there is no Vanilla Reload card but I assume that the OP mean "Reloadable" card.

Reloadable Vanilla Visa Must be Registered in Owners Real Name, Address, SSN#...Will not work with verifying Paypal.

Not to rehash this topic then but IF the real owner were to verify all the info with Vanilla Visa and the SSN, would it then work with slight name mismatch with pp? Or still fail?

I use the reloadable vanilla visa.

I verify the vanilla with all my real info ( of course) then use a variation of my real name on the stealth paypal. This allows me to withdraw money from the paypal the bank attached to the reloadable vanilla.

Even the ones here I buy locally permit you to use the temporary card as debit with the pin :) so I don't have to wait for the permanent card

They only allow you to have certain amount of those accounts-- so be careful.

I have never used it as a vcc though as initially asked in this thread.
