depends what they were suspended for, but unlikely.
logging in to them is dangerous too unless you are careful.

VeRo will be out.
Linked to suspended account(s) will be out.
You will need all your info and a lot of luck.
Experiment and report back. |

Non payment of fees was the issue for most of them, but I have no idea now which ones were suspended for what.

I went back after several months for unpaid fees, as I forgot them and got re-instated. but if they are years ago, dont know, I am sure they will take the money though!

Have you got the 'old details', passwords etc?
Users have had accounts restored after paying outstanding fees. However none of those users have come back 6 to 12 months later and said the account(s) were still active.

When I log into these accounts there is no mention about any restrictions on the account, fees I owe, or how much they were. The accounts just looks like any other active one without a problem. I've never attempted to buy anything with them for obvious reasons. I think if I attempt to sell anything I may run into a roadblock, but at this point I have no idea. The email companies I used to use for these accounts are long dead so it's not even like I can log back into them to find out what I was suspended for, but that would be sweet.

yes but logging in is one thing, if you try selling another matter, you could try it and report back. Stay on seperate user and check ip carefully. You could browse and maybe bid/buy a small thing first and see what happens.

Do not forget ebay did a purge of inactive accounts a few months back.
Any account from 2009 back that was not active for a certain amount of time was purged from their main records and deleted.
We all know they kept the records but purged the inactive accounts from being accessed.

I think you may be mistaken, I just randomly searched 2 of my accounts from the late 90s and they're still there.

However, remember this: the account will be seen as a seller account that was JUST created...not in the late 90s.

You could be regarded as a newbie.
Also, you may even be thought of hacking your own account

Interesting - so if you have some buying activity on them, worth low end sales to begin and see what limits you get...
