After 30-40 days 3-4 paypal gets limited
 

Hello guys ,
After reading stealth book , everything went right and correct for like 30-40 days.(ebay and paypal worked perfectly)

Today , 2-3 of my paypal accounts got limited and they gave the following reason.

"We routinely review account activity in the PayPal system. When we reviewed
your account, we noticed that your activity violates some of the agreements
you have with us.

Because of this, we’ve limited your accounts and can no longer offer our
services to you. You’ll still be able to log in to view your transaction
history, but you won’t be able to send or receive money.

What’s the problem?

We noticed one or more of the following problems:

1. You provided information that we believe was false, inaccurate, or
misleading; or

2. You sent or received money that was potentially related to fraudulent
activity; or

3. You have more than one account with a negative balance; or

4. You are in violation of the User Agreement, the Commercial Entity
Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or another agreement you have with
PayPal."

I was playing pretty safe , not more than 70-80 dollars per day I earned in this account. Had always limited my income below 100 dollars per day in each paypal account.
Everytime , when I logged in to my ebay and paypal , I had my VPN active .
Now my question is ..

The email account which was associated with my ebay and paypal (my gmail)
, I use to login my gmail from my normal IP.
So , can that be a reason for getting my paypal limited ?

Please suggest me people ;(

Yes , When I log to my gmail , I do open mails from ebay and paypal ;(
I want to make sure , is that the reason for linking 1000 % ??

That COULD be the reason. I never open emails from PayPal or eBay if it was send to the email address of my suspended account, or on the same user account/IP address I have my stealth accounts.

Stealth Acc 1

ebay=xyz@gmail.com (always logged in from vpn)
pp email=xyz@gmail.com (always logged in from vpn)

xyz@gmail.com (my email associated) = logged in from my normal ip (sometimes)

Ebay is still in good standing , but Paypal got limited.

PayPal always is the first to go, just because your ebay accounts are in good standing dosent mean they wont suddently go down.

I'm with helpmelol on this one, there are tracking beacons hidden within emails and if you have been opening emails and allowing all content to be open (display pictures etc) then its very much possible that's how ebay/PP have linked your account.

Saying that there could also be a other things or a combination of the aforesaid reason along with other factors.

The fact of the matter is your accounts are toast. Sorry to be the burden of bad news but they are. You need to create more stealth accounts and review where you possibly have gone wrong. One area is to make sure you dont open emails from your banned ip in fact never associate any action with any previous banned ip with your stealth accounts. Keep everything as separate as possible.

Other things to look at is having you been selling high risk or vero items or anything where authenticity could be called into question?

Has your VCC have enough funds on it?

Is your stealth contact telephone number working and accessible?

What VPN are you using? Some have recently called certain VPS providers into question as these also could be blacklisted by ebay/PP

All of these are also things to consider...

I'm curious as to why you were changing your primary associated email in PayPal? Any change you make creates a flag? Why do this for a stealth account?

They dont exchange IP with the email providers, however if you have been opening emails from PayPal or eBay on an internet connection you have used with other banned accounts then its possible they can link your accounts due to the hidden beacons placed in emails.

To avoid this you should always disable content in emails.

By default settings of gmail , aren't the web beacons , display content disabled ?

The only risky part was loggin to emails from my normal ip (probably banned by ebay / paypal).
The display content , hidden web beacons by default are disabled in gmail.. isnt it ? Then , whats the problem ?

You need to provide a lot more information about your account, for example, what were you selling, how did you verify the account, etc

Usually yes but the problems could lie in OTHER activities of yours - which you haven't been clear with (e.g. account setup, how quickly selling, selling high risk item, etc.)

M sorry , First I posted it into ebay suspension thread , later I realised , my problem is related to paypal and so I posted into "paypal limited" thread.

I was selling digitally delivered items , for example say filesharing accounts ( uploaded.net , rapidgator) .As I said , I was playing pretty safe , not more than 100 USD in 1 day was my limit.
I verified my paypal by adding a US bank account provided by MakerViet.

Accounts are now 30 - 40 days old.
not more than 1000 USD have been moved from my paypal account in this duration.

Nothing safe by selling digital delivered items, there's the answer to why paypal limited your accounts!

Now this is amazing :D

1 of my paypal account had like 300 usd .
I talked to few of my buyers saying , my current paypal has a problem so , can I refund you and then can you pay me back to my new paypal account .
4 of the buyers replied , yes they can.
So , I called up paypal customer support today , and I was transferred to a supervisor from limitations department. I said the lady , I want to issue refunds etc.
She did it for me , and then in the end I said , you have a great voice and I appreciate your quick help , thanks alot for everything ( I was being very polite)
and guess what..in the next few minutes I saw this..

Bro there is a man from india..
He has been selling such filesharing account since 4 years now.
Toprated seller , 10k + positive feedbacks.
I wonder why he never has problems with his paypal :/

Unless he's a authorized reseller, he most likely did have plenty of issues you aren't aware. Bottom line is, digital items and especially accounts are very risky and you should be prepared for limitations in the future.

Two points.

You have no way of knowing what he has gone thro' to earn the right to sell these goods. He may have other accounts. He may have permission to resell.

More importantly, concentrate on your own account and run that as well as you possibly can.

That is your first concern.
