Stealth experts, how does this plan sound
 

Looking to start a new ebay account. I was wondering if I can

use friend's info
buy new internet service (my current one sucks anyway) to change ip
make new user account on my computer.

Will that be enough to not raise any flags?

Bad Idea, do not use your friends, family info.

Many different options:
1. Dialup
2. Tethering
3. Dongle / Mifi

New Registration Info
New CC (Gift Card or VCC)
New Bank
New IP

If you need to get the basics I would suggest you pick up the Ebay Stealth Book. This will get you started.

thanks for the quick reply man, i do have the book and i've read through it, I thought about going the full stealth way but i'm just scared i'll get limited and have to provide a social security or something that I obviously won't have. I know some people say they don't do it for awhile but I seem to remember them requesting mine pretty quick.

Why do you say don't use friend's info if I may ask? Provided that I will be allowed to use any info they have. I figured being able to legitimize who I am would be a great thing to be able to do. It's someone who lives in the same geographical location as I do, in fact in the same complex.

I have looked into a couple of those ip options, and I might consider them, but honestly I really need to switch providers anyway this one sucks really bad. I jjust figured since it would change my ip, it's sort of a win win situation

About the whole fear of SSN...it is possible to operate safely and SPREAD sales across accounts in order to avoid getting asked for SSN - think about it...use more stealth accounts.
