Sharing bad buyers

Anyone think it would be a good idea to share their bad buyers, bad buyer list, or just worst buyers ever. I have room in my BBL and would love to add those who have purchased anything anywhere near my niche. We could classify them in a very broad spectrum of our niche.

That could be dangerous. If eBay ever decided to link by the Blocked Buyer Lists and hundreds of accounts turn up with matching lists... Well, you get the idea.

I have thought on this in the past and I agree with Jeff, however what we can do if we do share is NOT to add them in the BBL, rather keep a list and if that buyer happens to bid, you can always cancel the bid.

Sounds like a silly idea to me, a buyer may have 1000 good transactions but with you have 1 bad transaction... You may then class him as a bad buyer and add him to the list.

Would be a bit harsh on him/her, may have personal issues at the time etc.

Another thing that anyone can do is to look at the buyer's "Feedback Left for Others" to see if any negatives were left. I do this a lot. I don't always cancel a transaction because of bad feedback, but I am looking for patterns.

For example, the vast majority of transactions on eBay go smoothly. If a buyer has left 1 negative out of 1,000 transaction, then no big deal. But if they are leaving 1 or 2 negatives out of every 10 transactions, that is a different story.

But also look at the words used in the negative feedback.

Not a good idea to share bad buyers since it really depends on the niche and individual experiences.

Well when I say bad buyer, I mean a bad buyer, someone who has done something worthy enough to earn the title.

Where can I view this group? Badbuyerslist is decent but too basic and not specific enough.
