IP Address - 1 stealth account
 

Hi all,

If i only run 1 stealth ebay account, do i need to worry about changing IP every time i log in?

You say only 1 stealth account, but are you planning on running a real account as well from that IP or any other accounts within the household at all?

If this is the sole ebay account, then I don't see a reason to change IPs.

Thank you. I meant solely running 1 ebay stealth account, no other accounts real or stealth.

Ok thanks for clarifying. Then I wouldn't worry about changing IPs with that one account.

You'll just operate that 1 account like most other normal users who don't even know what stealth is.

Just bare in mind that it may be worth keeping track of the IP's anyway, just incase you ever decide to open up a second stealth :) Always good to have a back up

This does come up often, here is the scenario:
You only have 1 account BUT you have a Dynamic IP...so it changes.
Lets say on Your 1 account you get the following IP's:
192.168.0.1
192.168.0.2
192.168.0.3

Now you decide to make a new account but you don't log your IP's and you get the IP 192.168.0.1 well this could link you.

So even if your only running 1 account you should log IP's. It' only takes a few seconds.
