my account was limited there asking me to confirm my location does anybody no what paypal is looking for or what i should expect when i try to confirm it

paypal want you to put a AVS card on the account. That shows them you are'confirmed' at that location.

What have you done so far with paypal & this new account?

I had requested $200 dollars from a family member out of state an when i try to withdraw it they hit me with a limitation they want me to provide proof of delivery (not sending anything out).. proof of Invoice an confirm location the account everything matches

If this was a transaction on a new account it is enough to get the account flagged.

Did you do this as services or gift?

Is the account stealth?

i did it as services it didnt give me gift option only goods an service yes it is steath

the account is all verified real name used my aunt just changed the address the name and address matches the account so does the credit card

How much money do you have on the credit card? Perhaps funds = 0...any chance of that?

The credit card has like $200 they wanted to confirm my location i did that today no problem it passed what im confused about is they asking me for proof of delivery an proof of invoice or supplier info i didnt sell anything im lost
