Ok, So I just had just got one of these emails..First time going through this exact scenario.
I got the MC999 email asking me to "request higher selling limits"...I called in instead and they instructed me to go back online and go through the process on the website.
So I did, and of course my info couldn't be verified, so I called back and they told me that this process can only be done online and that there was nothing they can do from their end....So they told me just to log in daily and keep trying to request higher selling limits until it goes through...WTF?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Alright, I got another problem....well maybe not a problem but...
lol I called back again and this time I got a different rep that seemed to actually want to do some work and she gave me the database question quiz....
Believe it or not, I passed the freakin test by accident by giving random answers. WTF?
Good job on that just be careful wait it out this month they will put u threw he'll or suspend u if sales are too many which could be 10 on a new account

Yup keep it slow and steady make sure you are getting lots of positives and good DSRs. They limits really mean nothing to eBay if they think you are engaging in some kind of risky behavior. Especially if you do not have an account that has been established for several years.
