First of all... Stop panicking and rushing into things!!
That leads to more mistakes and issues.
Make a check-list to create a new stealth identity, you know what is required in order to make a stealth ebay/pp/Amazon account so go though and check each item to make sure its covered fully before proceeding to the next step.
You have a new address now which is great. If you also have a new bank account in your name with the new address then why dont you create a new account using these details, its an identity afterall albeit a real one rather than stealth it should differentiate you enough. The only thing to change is your internet so invest in a USB dongle and data plan to use that to get on the net. Make sure your computer is clean and setup as per stealth guide too then your good to go.
Make more stealth's, make sure before the PP and ebay accounts are even looked at that you get everything in place first.
Create an identity/business name first
Get the address next
Then open a bank account in real details, not the stealth to get account number and sort code.
Get a VCC - register the VCC to your Stealth details
Get a clean internet (dongle on a sim dataplan is my favourite weapon of choice but there are other options)
Get a contact number (again i use a sim and cheapo unlocked mobile, but there is other options)
Get a clean computer and create a new user account.
In a nutshell that's what you need to start creating stealth's, once you have all above in place then start to register an account and not before!
