buying on ebay/restricted from selling!

I have an old account that i could only buy from this ebay and gotten restricted from selling items. My question is could i transfer my stealth account funds to this account(by invoice from PP) so I could be able to buy more items that i need on ebay. Would this be Suspicious for ebay? I don't buy on my stealth account because the home address is made up.

Just use a VCC or Gift card for purchases - keep it simple
