Internet dropping/resetting

I changed my internet service and it has dropped a couple of times each day which is not any kind of problem but when it drops the router resets and I get another IP. Just thought I would share this because if logged into ebay or paypal and leaving the computer for some time it could be possible to have a new IP on return.

Might not be that interesting but thought I would share my experience!

Make sure you are keeping track of the new IPs and they are not crossing over

Yes, and thanks, this I do and pretty much why I made the post as if someone else has the same problem with internet dropping/resetting and is logging the IP's in then they may not have realised.

That's right :) service dropping is like turning the modem off and on - gets a new IP :thumb:
