Utility bill format

Has anyone had any luck using utility bill in .pdf to confirm an address?
I know a scanned copy looks more authentic, but it's also a lot harder to get hold of.

For address confirmation - yes. If it's previously been used, you will need to remove properties and personal information.

They can be sent in both jpeg and pdf format.
