Are there any prepaid cards that can be used to verify a Paypal account
besides opening multiple bank accounts?

You can use a VBA which can be purchased on the forum by approved sellers.

VBA will do the trick nicely for US PP users.

Bare in mind you cannot withdraw to a VBA
