How to lift PayPal limits, what I am missing?

Hello everyone,

I've created stealth PP and EB, linked them, verified PP by 4 digits and sent to Paypal ID ,utility bills and bank statements.
I got this message:
"Congratulations! We have processed your documents and confirmed your information. Confirm identification so the account holder can move money "
in the same time I have another message in yellow :
"Comply with EU regulations

More information required to comply with EU regulations and lift your account limits"

and still can see my limits : Receiving limit per yearHelp €2,500.00 EUR
what else should I do to lift the limits?

You should wait a few days and if you dont have your answer (all steps done right? From what I understand), you should call up PP
